Our experience has led us to a simple yet effective three-stage process in brand development. Our unique “3D Approach” is segmented into Discover, Develop and Deliver.

DISCOVER

We start by understanding your unique challenges and opportunities. We will work through a broad-view SWOT analysis that includes an assessment of direct competition and brand clarity against the backdrop of competitive noise. We’ll also work to define and document your organization’s key ambitions moving forward, including overall business objectives. Finally, we examine your prime market segments and review any existing marketing, advertising and communication materials to better understand your vision for the brand.

DEVELOP

This phase is where we work together to create a plan to define your brand, its positioning and expression. The Brand Development Workshop is normally a half-day or full-day workshop held with key stakeholders inside your organization and can be arranged in person or via digital video conference. You will understand exactly where your brand is positioned against the overall competitive landscape, including positioning relative to key competitors identified in the Discover phase. Notable deliverables in this phase include Brand Values, Brand Positioning, Brand Personality and a top-line Marketing & Communications Strategy.

DELIVER

Everything comes together with the Deliver phase of your brand development project. This is where we develop the nuts and bolts of effective brand communications. This phase includes the production of a complete set of communications tools, from booking inquiry responses to guest satisfaction surveys. Your Brand Spirit book will also speak directly to staff members to help them in the daily delivery of the brand. As an integrated marketing and advertising company, we produce the communications matrix so that it fits seamlessly with the next phase in promoting your brand- producing a media plan that gets your business noticed by the right people at the right times. Of course, we do that too.
